All charges are billed at the time of purchase. Our current system is pre-paid only, and subscriptions do not automatically renew. You will need to manually renew your subscription when it expires if you wish to continue using paid features.
7.3 Refunds

To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 5-7 days of the initial purchase
- Your account must be in good standing

Note: Special promotional offers marked as non-refundable and accounts violating our terms of service are not eligible for refunds.
