Editorial Standards
How AdvanceQuiz plans, writes, reviews, updates, and publishes public content for educators, trainers, and quiz creators.
Last updated: March 25, 2026Our goal
AdvanceQuiz publishes public articles to help real people solve real quiz and assessment problems. We aim to be useful before being promotional. If a page does not help an educator, trainer, or team make a better decision, it is not doing its job.
Human review comes first
We may use software tools to outline, summarize, or speed up early drafting, but public copy is reviewed before publication. Final responsibility for wording, examples, accuracy, and tone stays with the AdvanceQuiz team.
- We review structure, examples, and claims before a page goes live.
- We remove filler language that sounds polished but says very little.
- We edit for clarity, specificity, and relevance to the actual reader.
How we use AI responsibly
AI can be useful for brainstorming angles, drafting rough outlines, or comparing phrasing options. It is not a substitute for judgment. We do not treat AI output as automatically correct, original, or ready to publish.
- AI assistance is used to speed up workflow, not to avoid editorial work.
- We check for vague claims, repeated phrasing, and unsupported statements.
- When examples feel generic, we rewrite them until they reflect believable real-world use.
Originality and plagiarism policy
We do not intentionally publish copied articles, lightly spun pages, or material designed to mimic another publication. If we discuss common ideas in education or training, we do so in our own words and in the context of the AdvanceQuiz product and audience.
- No deliberate copying of blog posts, product pages, or competitor copy.
- No publishing pages that exist only to inflate page count with near-duplicate text.
- No disguising machine-generated filler as expert advice.
Corrections and updates
When we find weak wording, outdated claims, or broken links, we update the page. Some changes are small copy edits. Others are substantial rewrites if the original page no longer meets our standard.
- We review pages that no longer feel accurate, helpful, or complete.
- We revise them with clearer explanations, stronger examples, and updated links.
- We keep important policy pages and public trust pages accessible from the site footer.
Commercial independence
AdvanceQuiz is an ad-supported product site, but advertising does not give outside parties control over our editorial decisions. We do not sell hidden sponsored rankings or pass off advertisements as objective educational guidance.
